I've lost a total of 12 lbs so far.

I stopped the using the Colon Cleanser because I was afraid of what it was going to do on my insides. A week after I stopped, I began to get that lethargic feeling and stopped walking. Don't remember eating peanuts

Last time I ate peanuts was 2 months ago....As far as I can remember. This Dr Floras colon cleanser really does find things....

Well it has been a week that I have been on it. I can honestly say I do have more energy and feel alot better now than I have in the past. You know that sluggish feeling you get and become lazy. Day 1 with Dr FLoras colon cleanser. Well the first try did not go so well. I tied to drink it with Organic Milk and OMG. Whatever you do....don't try milk. I had to spit it out. I called my friend and he made a point that medicine does not taste good either but it is good for you. So I am now drinking it with Gatorade. So much better and it doesn't take like cardboard anymore. Well I thought I give everyone an update on how I am doing with Dr Floras Colon Cleanser..

My colon cleansing adventure..

So today I've decided to try something different and new. My sister yelled at me that I have to do a colon cleanser and she recommended Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse. It dawned on me while (of all places) looking in the mirror that my body has become out of control. It is sad because I never really realized how much my weight had become out of control... It is like being blinded by love, I guess in my case by how much I was eating. I love to go to partys and dress up in different themes but when you cannot even put your own jeans on any more it becomes a serious issue. I went from 140lbs to weighing a wopping 167lbs...ugh. I am hoping that Dr. Floras will help me with this. All my friends are really skinny and beautiful and me standing next to them has really put a damper on my self esteem.


Don't get me wrong I am the last person that really cares about what other thinks of me, but I do care about what "I" think of me. I think alot has to do with getting older. Remember the saying that people would tell you that everything will catch up to you. Well guess what, it did. I love to eat food..and especially trying new food but I found out that things you eat in your body can stay there for years. That right there just turned how I see things. I read that using Dr. Floras Colon Cleanse will clean you out naturally. So my New Years Resolution is to cleanse myself of all toxins. I know that it is not the New Year yet but I actually want to look good on that day (or at least decent enough) Besides New Years Day is just another day and I can pretend that my new years can start today. What? Is the New Year Social police going to arrest me for starting early? LOL..


I've tried those crazy quick diets which actually worked but then I gain twice the weight back, I've tried eating less but I am so hungry by that night that a cow wouldn't last walking by my place. I probably would've not even cooked it, just devour it. I do walk daily but with the lack of energy, lack of motivation, and health problems, it's HARD :(

I learned that your stomach is the root of all evil...HAHA, I just thought of something funny. That is why men are easily caught in a relationship by a female who feeds him good. (sorry that popped in my head.) I went through this crazy checklist and checked every symptom off with the exception of one...I am probably on my way there. I wonder if I can find something I ate 10 years ago. If Dr. Floras can get that out, I will be sold for life.
